Privacy and analytics.
Optional Google Analytics is configured for this site. It is off until you choose Allow analytics.
If enabled, Google Analytics can use cookies and receive visit information such as page paths, browser/device information and learning-event counts. We disable advertising features in the site tag. We do not send names or form entries from this site. Your analytics choice is kept in local storage until you change it or clear site data, and can be changed through Analytics settings whenever analytics is configured.
The game works without analytics. Learning points stay in memory for your current visit by default. If you select Remember my points on this device, topic names and points are saved in local storage until you switch that option off, reset your points or clear this site’s browser data. No account is created. They are not sent as scores to Google Analytics. Sound is off by default and is generated in your browser after you enable it. Screenshots are served locally; there are no X embeds or external font requests.
Storage and contact
This is an international learning resource operated by Beatrix Meszaros in the United Kingdom. The privacy information describes this site’s services; local civic guidance elsewhere on the site does not assume UK institutions.
The optional remembered-progress keys are onefuture.remember.v1 and onefuture.learning.v1. If analytics is configured, one-future.analytics.v1 records your choice; the Google tag is configured with a 90-day cookie lifetime. Google Analytics user and event data retention is set to two months, with reset on new user activity switched off. These retention controls do not cover most aggregated standard reports. Sound and presenter settings last for the current page only.
This site has no contact form. Email links open your email service; information you choose to send goes to Beatrix Meszaros for handling your enquiry. External websites have their own privacy practices. For privacy questions or requests, email beatrix@pedey.co.uk.
Rejecting or withdrawing consent stops further site-initiated tracking and removes this site's accessible GA cookies; it cannot erase data already sent to Google. Netlify hosts the published site and can process connection information such as IP addresses and requested pages to deliver and protect the service. Hosting records are separate from Google Analytics. See Netlify’s privacy information.
